EICR Testing and Electrical Testing Service
Done - A customer in Epsom owns several rental properties. We look after his periodic inspections and testing (EICR), routine maintenance and reactive repair for each property. Our last job for this customer was when one of his tenants had two out of three heaters not working. We were contacted at 3pm. We were onsite at 9am the following day. The two heaters were repaired for a total cost of £85.00.
EICR Testing and Fault Finding Service In Epsom
A customer in Epsom bought a property for her mother and was concerned about the electrical safety. We were contacted as a referral. We completed a condition report and undertook all remedial work. These were the steps we took, buzzing switches, faulty light fittings, Expand on what we did and what we found. The total cost including the remedial work was less than £600.00.
External Lighting Installation and Upgrades
A customer in Sutton built an external workshop which required power and lighting. We upgraded the distribution equipment in the house, supplied and installed a steel wire armour supply to the workshop and installed power and lighting in the workshop. The total cost was less than £1600.00.
Full Scope Electrial Services
A customer in Croydon was referred to us by one of his friends. He was having problems with his electrics tripping out. We found that he needed new distribution equipment and a rewire of the lighting for the property. The total cost of the work was circa £2500.00
